Job Description

We are seeking an experienced employee lifecycle coordinator to provide end-to-end support across the employee journey, from onboarding and internal movements to contract generation and compliance assurance.

  • Support the employee life cycle and onboarding of new employees, including paperwork management and documentation maintenance.
  • Assist with general People & Capability projects and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in our customer service hotline on a rotating roster, providing timely and supportive assistance to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in human resources, administration, or compliance roles or within high-volume, transactional environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
