Rostering and Recruitment SpecialistAbout the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage compliance paperwork for all new and existing team members. Ensure that employee experience is exceptional, aligning with our company culture. Develop expertise in industry regulations and legislation. Support the finance department through carer and client onboarding, retention, and exit processes. Provide exceptional customer service to carers, clients, and their families. Manage office administrative duties efficiently, including fielding calls, printing, filing, scanning, photocopying, uploading documents, and updating employee compliance items. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in our databases and software programs according to organization policies and procedures and legislative frameworks. Assist with rostering of client services and day-to-day general administration. Deliver high-quality service consistently.
Requirements:
Successful background in recruitment, human resources, compliance, and people management within the home care industry. Ability to work collaboratively, think outside the box, and use initiative. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and resourcefulness. Knowledge of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Support Industry Award and Fair Work Legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
