The Opportunity

The CRM & Marketing Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving stakeholder engagement and adoption through strategic marketing initiatives and CRM management. This position involves driving targeted campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing our CRM system to enhance stakeholder and ultimately client experiences and support business growth.

The consultant works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, consistent brand messaging, and effective use of marketing automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Regularly clean and organize customer data to optimize system performance.
  • Create and manage segmented customer lists based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.
  • Oversee the Preference Centre, ensuring customers can easily manage their communication preferences.
  • Drive the development and execution of electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns, including conceptualizing ideas and creating content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align EDMs with broader marketing strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for new CRM users, ensuring they understand system functionalities and best practices.
  • Lead the coordination and distribution of regular CRM-based EDM communications to targeted audiences.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine and improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.
  • Create concise, engaging Loom videos to provide on-demand training for specific CRM tasks and processes.
  • Engage with the Business Development team regarding client targeting for EDMs / CRM activity generally, and alignment with the Client & Sector Program.
  • Collaborate with Client & Sector Leads and key stakeholders on issues relating to client/sector initiatives and internal and external relationships.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral to support Urbis sponsorships and events.
  • Coordinate regular multi-channel marketing reports pulling data and insights from multiple technologies.
About You

We are seeking a professional with:

  • Professional Services experience or in a B2B setting (min 2 years).
  • Proven experience writing and editing content aligned to brand and writing style guides.
  • Proven track record and hands-on experience utilizing key marketing software, including website CMS, CRM, and email marketing software.
  • Proven experience working with and coordinating marketing activity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Planner.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Advertise, Google Ad Words, and Photoshop a bonus.
