About the Role

We're building a new digital bank, and we need a Customer Engagement Marketing Manager to help us deliver a 6-star customer experience. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, recognition, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies for Personal Banking, Small Business Banking, and Home Lending
  • Design and manage customer lifecycle marketing programs to ensure meaningful and relevant communication at all stages of the customer journey
  • Develop and implement sophisticated campaign strategies and programs leveraging advanced cell segmentation and design to create highly personalized and targeted offers
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing function and Bank stakeholder group to ensure seamless implementation of customer engagement, expansion, and retention strategies
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in defining, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across channels, preferably in the Banking sector
  • Experience designing marketing programs delivered through Adobe suite (AEP/AJO)
  • Customer journey mapping experience required and service design experience
  • Broad technical understanding of direct and digital marketing strategy, CX, channels, and platforms, including email, social media, email marketing, and in-app notifications
  • Starting with the customer in mind and being curious, always asking why, what, and how
