About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality communications that engage, inform, and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and execute monthly plans to drive continuous improvement in customer engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM innovation and optimize customer experiences.
  • Maintain the vitality of our communications structure, cadence, and proposition to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Deliver best-in-class communications and offers that meet or exceed budgetary expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of CRM experience, with a deep understanding of customer lifecycles.
  • Ability to analyze data, structure tests, and take meaningful action based on results.
  • Experience with end-to-end campaign processes, from ideation to execution and optimization.
