Key Responsibilities- Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to enhance stakeholder and client experiences and support business growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity, regularly clean and organise customer data to optimise system performance.
- Segmentation and List Management: Create and manage segmented customer lists based on behaviour, preferences, and demographics.
- Preference Centre Management: Oversee the Preference Centre, ensuring customers can easily manage their communication preferences.
- Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) Campaigns: Drive the development and execution of EDM campaigns, including conceptualising ideas and creating content.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for new CRM users, ensuring they understand system functionalities and best practices.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse performance metrics to refine and improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.
- Content Creation: Create concise, engaging Loom videos to provide on-demand training for specific CRM tasks and processes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Engage with the Business Development team regarding client targeting for EDMs / CRM activity generally, and alignment with the Client & Sector Program.
- Marketing Coordination: Coordinate marketing collateral to support Urbis sponsorships and events.
- Reporting and Insights: Coordinate regular multi-channel marketing reports pulling data and insights from multiple technologies.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CRM & Marketing Consultant with a proven track record in:
- Professional Services experience or in a B2B setting (min 2 years).
- Proven experience writing and editing content aligned to brand and writing style guides.
- Proven track record and hands-on experience utilising key marketing software including website CMS, CRM and email marketing software.
- Proven experience working with and coordinating marketing activity with Microsoft Office tools especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Planner.
- Experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Advertise, Google AdWords, and Photoshop a bonus.
