**Head of Sales Opportunity at Dext in Australia**
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth strategy and manage our sales teams in Australia. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
**About the Role**
The successful candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales leadership roles. They will be results-driven, analytical, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Leading and managing high-performing sales teams in Australia
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and retention
- Analyzing sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
- Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights
