We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Stream Talent, a leading provider of innovative solutions for government, advisory, and professional services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on revenue growth and success of our partner businesses.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative digital marketing strategies that drive demand and lead generation. Your expertise in managing marketing budgets and leading targeted campaigns will be essential in achieving our business objectives.

The company we work with is a trusted provider of security solutions for critical information management and automation of complex processes. Their platform has been recognized by prominent organizations such as Deloitte, Quantas, Visa, and Goldman Sachs.

This is an account-based marketing role, where you will work closely with our sales team and customer success to identify new programs, activities, tools, and processes to create a rolling 6-month marketing plan. You will also utilize internal and external relationships to execute creative campaigns and take control of marketing budget allocation and performance analysis.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the sales team and customer success to identify new opportunities and implement a rolling 6-month marketing plan.
  • Utilizing internal and external relationships to execute creative campaigns that drive demand and lead generation.
  • Taking control of marketing budget allocation and performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Playing a key role in building up the organization's digital corporate strategy.
  • Tracking and reporting on all levels progress and cadence building, utilizing tech stacks and marketing automation systems.

To thrive in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, leading and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • SaaS or tech experience is essential, with working knowledge of clients in government, advisories, and professional services being a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering cohesive event strategies, including messaging, audience, and execution is beneficial but not essential.
  • Previous experience using Marketing Automation systems is beneficial, e.g., Marketo, MailChimp, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
