We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Campus Student Engagement Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional student services. As a key member of the Campus Leadership Team, you will ensure a seamless and supportive student experience, contributing to ACAP's national Student First Action Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Campus Student Engagement Team, ensuring effective training and motivation.
  • Provide high-level advice on policies and handle escalated student enquiries.
  • Support national student service channels and staff training.
  • Develop and implement consistent processes for a seamless student experience.
  • Oversee HR processes for the campus team such as recruitment, performance management, and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including the ESOS Act and PRISMS.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience in developing systems and processes that enhance student outcomes.
  • Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
