Campus Operations Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled Campus Operations Officer to join our Facilities Management team at the University of Southern Queensland.



Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and maintenance support, including:



  • Administration of cleaning and waste contracts for the campus.
  • Coordination of campus maintenance requests.
  • Coordination of Facilities Management contractor activity.
  • Logistic activities such as mail, freight, and inventory management.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A current motor vehicle licence (Class C).
  • Experience and knowledge in cleaning, waste, and maintenance activities.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience using technology to support data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

This is a full-time continuing appointment with a total full-time remuneration range of $90,773 to $102,949 per annum.


The successful candidate will be required to have the right to work in Australia.
