The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team in providing high-quality support to our students, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the Campus Student Engagement Team, ensuring effective training and motivation.
- Providing high-level advice on policies and handling escalated student enquiries.
- Supporting national student service channels and staff training.
- Developing and implementing consistent processes for a seamless student experience.
- Overseeing HR processes for the campus team, including recruitment, performance management, and professional development.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including the ESOS Act and PRISMS.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A degree or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
- A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in developing systems and processes that enhance student outcomes.
- Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
