We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at GPT GROUP. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships across our retail assets.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth and Development
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth across all income lines relevant to the assigned retail assets.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including with Regional General Managers, Centre Managers, Leasing and Development teams, to problem-solve and support team sales productivity.
- Strategic Partnerships
- Proactively manage key accounts across the region, targeting retailers for multi-asset deals across the portfolio.
- Work closely with the media team to devise strategies to drive local market media revenue across the region.
- Financial Management
- Take responsibility for the budget and accountability for monthly reporting and forecasting of all income lines for the region.
- Project Leadership
- Lead key projects that are solutions-focused and deliver exceptional customer experiences, generate revenue, and achieve operational efficiencies for the Business Development function.
- Experience
- Significant prior experience in sales or business development with a proven track record of generating new business income and delivering initiatives to consistently meet budget.
- Skills
- Strong team leadership skills and ability to motivate, manage, and develop a passionate team.
- Meticulous financial management and budgeting skills, as well as the ability to develop timelines and deliver key initiatives.
- Personal Qualities
- Self-motivated and solution-focused, with an ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
