The Role:

We're seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our Hobart leadership team. As the face of customer service and sales, you'll lead teams across Womenswear & Menswear departments, championing our Customer First Plan and driving financial performance. You'll manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, and mentor teams to deliver superior customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities and drive financial performance
  • Optimise team productivity through workforce management
  • Lead high-performance, customer-focused service and selling culture
  • Maximise team service and selling activities by effective management and delegation
  • Develop the next generation of Myer leaders

About You:

  • Previous retail management experience (area manager or similar)
  • Fashion or soft goods experience advantageous but not essential
  • People leadership skills with coaching and development abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve sales and meet KPIs
  • Experience in performance management highly regarded
  • Superior customer service and selling skills
  • Strong retail, financial, and business acumen
  • Excellent time management skills

Location: Hobart, Tasmania

Salary Estimate: AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate includes salary ranges that reflect the location and industry standards for this role.
