The Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Supervisor to join our team at Taronga Zoo. Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role will be responsible for the smooth operation of events, ensuring exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and co-ordination of events from start to finish
  • Managing and training a team to deliver high-end events
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle high-end clientele
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple events simultaneously

Requirements

  • A minimum 1 year's experience in an events supervisory role
  • Previous experience in running weddings and corporate conferences
  • National Police Check and NSW RSA certification
  • Valid visa with a minimum validity of 6 months
