The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator in Sydney to support the Regional Director and Group Director by facilitating and enhancing business development through event and sponsorship opportunities.
This pivotal role involves coordinating and managing regional events and functions, including booking venues, facilities, and entertainment, as well as overseeing smooth operations at appropriate events.
You will:
- Coordinate and manage regional events and functions, ensuring consistency with the Urbis brand and desired client experience;
- Attend events to oversee operations,
- Manage emails, events calendar, and RSVP lists,
- Connect and share knowledge with Office Services team and peers
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting multiple people;
- Broad business development and events coordination experience;
- Exceptional knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
- High proficiency in both spelling and grammar.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- A $70,000 - $90,000 per annum salary depending on experience;
