About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our finance team in Noble Park. As an Administration Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our members and debtors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bank statement reconciliations, including processing of manual electronic funds transfers via NAB Connect;
  • Accounts payable & receivable duties;
  • Assisting members/debtors through various channels (inbound calls and email requests);
  • Daily reporting and file management;
  • Dispute resolution – first line response.
Requirements
  • A strong customer service focus with a genuine willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation;
  • An attention to detail, a positive mindset and a passion for achieving success in a team environment;
  • A "can do" attitude, solid work ethic – productivity targets met, great verbal and written communications skills, and a team player mindset.
