Your Key Responsibilities
- Bank statement reconciliations, including processing of manual electronic funds transfers via NAB Connect.
- Accounts payable & receivable duties
- Assisting our members/debtors through various channels (inbound calls and email requests)
- Daily reporting and file management
- Dispute resolution – first line response
What You'll Need
- A strong customer service focus with a genuine willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation.
- A "can do" attitude, with a solid work ethic and ability to meet productivity targets.
