Role Overview
Nazareth College is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Principal. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, manage confidential situations with discretion, and be passionate about working in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Principal, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of the Principal's office.
- Build and maintain relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
