About the Role

As the Administration Support Officer, you will be an active participant in the day-to-day operations of the Finance team.

You will use your strong customer service skills to assist our members/debtors with their general enquiries and provide a positive member experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Bank statement reconciliations and processing of manual electronic funds transfers via NAB Connect
  • Accounts payable and receivable duties
  • Assisting our members/debtors through various channels, including inbound calls and email requests
  • Daily reporting and file management
  • Dispute resolution – first line response
What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong customer service focus, a 'can do' attitude, and a solid work ethic.

You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have great verbal and written communication skills.
