Job Description:
- Meet and greet clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries from couriers
- Answer phone calls and perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Warm and personal approach
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous reception experience
