Administration Support Officer

About the Role
We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our dynamic Finance team at RACV. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and debtors, assisting with general enquiries, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Bank statement reconciliations, including processing of manual electronic funds transfers via NAB Connect.
- Accounts payable and receivable duties.
- Assisting members and debtors through various channels, including inbound calls and email requests.
- Daily reporting and file management.
- Dispute resolution - first line response.
Requirements
- Strong customer service focus with a genuine willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation.
- "Can do" attitude, solid work ethic, and productivity targets met.
- Great verbal and written communications skills.
- Team player with a positive mindset and passion for achieving success in a team environment.
