About the Role

This Administration Support Officer role plays a vital part in the day-to-day operations of our Finance team. Reporting to the Payment Support and Admin Team Leader, you will use your interpersonal skills to assist members and debtors with general enquiries.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Bank statement reconciliations and manual electronic funds transfers via NAB Connect
  • Accounts payable and receivable duties
  • Providing excellent customer service through various channels
  • Daily reporting and file management
  • Dispute resolution – first line response
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer service focus
  • An attention to detail and a positive mindset
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We estimate that this role comes with a competitive salary in the range of $70,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
