About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our Payment Support and Admin Team at RACV Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Finance department.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Process bank statement reconciliations, including electronic funds transfers via NAB Connect;
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable duties;
  • Assist members and debtors through various channels, including inbound calls and email requests;
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate file management systems;
  • Provide first-line response to disputes and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • A 'can-do' attitude and a strong customer service focus;
  • Solid work ethic and ability to meet productivity targets;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
