About Park Hyatt Sydney

Park Hyatt Sydney is a luxury hotel that offers an exceptional guest experience. We are seeking a professional Guest Service Officer to join our Front Office team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests during arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Process room reservations accurately and efficiently, utilizing our computer system.
  • Handle cashiering functions and verify arrival and departure details.
  • Arrange luggage handling and transportation, as well as other services requested by guests.
  • Stay knowledgeable about local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Collaborate with other Front Office personnel to ensure the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Opera is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the Travel/Hotel industry is preferred.
