Front Office Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel front office, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Office Operations: Manage all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-12 staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Guest Service: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Monitor front office budget.
  • Process Improvement: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare reports and analyse data to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Experience: Past experience in a similar role.
