Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Account Manager. This position offers a unique chance to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in our installation operations, prospecting, evaluating and engaging contractors/sub-contractors.
This role involves:
- Driving business development initiatives through trade, plumbing and HVAC channels
- Maintaining compliance standards, conducting quality audits and ensuring WHS standards are being met and maintained
You will assist in developing and implementing new business initiatives to grow the After Sales, Service and Installation function of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer accounts and building strong relationships
- Coordinating onsite installations with site supervisors and managing relationships with our contractor network
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be forward-thinking, innovative and able to influence and negotiate effectively.
