City Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Commercial and Contracts Administrator to support our contract management activities across our customer portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders at a senior level.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level analysis and advice to stakeholders on current and future contracts to achieve the best outcome for the business.
  • Reporting on savings and spend actuals and forecasts accurately for review by management.
  • Assisting with negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for the business.
  • Engaging with stakeholders at a senior level and working with third parties to monitor and achieve designated contractual and expected outcomes.
  • Assisting with the preparation of scope of contract, including request for tender documentation.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A Commerce/Finance/Law degree (or similar) – highly preferred.
  • The ability to analyze large volumes of data through Excel – essential.
  • Well-developed verbal communication skills, including consultation and difficult and protracted negotiation with suppliers, 3rd parties, vendors, etc. – essential.
  • Strong underwriting, analytical, financial modeling, and risk evaluation skills – essential.
  • The ability to prepare scope documentation, tenders, vendor relationships, and contracts management – preferred.
  • Full Australian working rights.
