Your Opportunity
As an Agency Manager participating in the Emerging Franchisee Program, your responsibility is to develop an allocated territory within a specific industry vertical, placing good people into good jobs.
You will have the support of an experienced Head Office team, as well as access to all the systems, tools, training and guidance you need to build a successful recruitment agency.
A typical day for this role may include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Conducting sales calls both phone and face to face
- Attending offsite client visits
- Participating in our professional development training program
- Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates for vacant positions
- Facilitating the recruitment process (360-degree consultant)
- Collaborating with other agencies in the Frontline network
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a proven track record in business development, as well as excellent interpersonal communication, time management, organisation and presentation skills.
With a minimum of 2 years' experience in agency recruitment in a 360-degree role, you will be adept at managing and tracking your activities via an ATS platform.
