Seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Asia market franchise strategy for Electronic Arts, driving growth and revenue across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise strategy for Asia, aligning with EA's global vision.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create engaging experiences for local players, leveraging market insights and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with development studios to design and implement hyper-localized content roadmaps, ensuring cultural relevance and authenticity.
  • Partner with commercial teams to define go-to-market strategies, develop local publishing goals, and drive revenue growth.

About the Role:

As a key member of the Electronic Arts leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the Battlefield franchise in Asia. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including development studios, commercial teams, and marketing departments, to create engaging experiences for local players.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in publishing, product management, or a related field, with a focus on commerce and gaming.
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving revenue growth in the Asia market.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry, including the latest trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
