We're seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the end-to-end process for tenders, expressions of interest, and other proposals.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the growth and success of our organisation, helping to produce high-quality submissions that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the tender process from initial enquiry to final submission.
  • Development of bid content and adherence to disciplined bid processes.
  • Proofreading, editing, and writing of documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before submission.
  • Ensure all written communications are precise, detailed, and professionally formatted.
  • Cross-functional coordination with teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Alignment with policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Integration with National Business Development and Marketing teams.
  • Assistance with ad-hoc tasks for State Management.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay organised and level-headed under pressure and meet deadlines.
