About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Director to lead our People and Culture function at Swinburne University. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide programs to drive business outcomes.

Job Summary

  • Leverage your expertise in HR and Organisational Development to drive organisational transformation and growth
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver people-focused initiatives that align with our strategic objectives
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the university to ensure seamless execution of projects and programmes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record in leading HR/OD initiatives in medium to large-sized organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in a dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in managing teams and budgets
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
