Job DescriptionThe Head of People and Culture will play a key role in shaping the organisation's human resources strategy, overseeing the People function and leading a dedicated team of HR professionals.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing an Annual People and Culture Strategy, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, and leading the L&D function to create a culture of learning.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR leader with over 10 years of experience in Executive HR roles, possessing a strong knowledge of relevant employment law and change management processes.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in designing and implementing effective organisational development strategies and leading teams in HR, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition.
