About the Role

The Chief People, Culture and Inclusion Officer will be the CEO's key partner in leading the development and reinforcement of the Agency's culture. This role has responsibility for the enablement of that culture through people-related processes and initiatives.

The Agency's people must work together to support the Agency's purpose, strategy and values, and this role will lead the development of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the continuous development of our people and processes to support talent management initiatives such as attraction, retention, and succession planning.
  2. Develop and monitor our Diversity and Inclusion strategy, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and performance management systems.
  3. Oversee the Future Fund Academy, a key tool for developing our people and creating a high-performing team.

About You

We are seeking a candidate with a formal degree and/or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. Additional studies in psychology or equivalent areas are highly regarded. The ideal candidate will have proven HR leadership and advisory experience at a strategic level, with strong relationship management and team-building skills.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and balance business needs with attracting and retaining a modern, flexible, high-performing workforce.
