Enterprise Sales Professional

This role is centered around driving sales growth in the ANZ & ASEAN markets for a high-performance GTM engine. We're seeking a strategic Enterprise Account Executive to run full-cycle, consultative sales processes with large enterprise accounts.

You will be responsible for selling across multiple industries into the 1000-5000 employee market. Key performance indicators include achieving $1M+ ARR with an average deal size of $150K–300K, building 50%+ of your pipeline through outbound prospecting, and partnering cross-functionally to refine ICP and GTM strategy.

To succeed, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle SaaS AE experience, including 2+ years of selling into enterprise accounts.
  • Proven success against large quotas and a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Direct experience selling modern HR or people-tech solutions to senior stakeholders.
