About the Role

Our boutique in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering outstanding sales performance, CRM, and Clienteling services while fostering a positive working environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing data to inform brand strategies, and driving sales performance to achieve individual and boutique targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a portfolio of clients, leveraging Clienteling and CRM tools to foster loyalty and drive revenue growth.
  • Analysis and Strategy: Analyze data to support the development and implementation of brand and boutique CRM strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Formulate and execute targeted client activations, networking referrals, and boutique events to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales performance to achieve individual and boutique targets, ensuring adherence to established KPIs.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
