About the Role

Crimson Global Academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase lead generation and conversion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure our campaigns remain effective and competitive
  • Design and create cross-platform digital marketing collateral, including social media ads, organic social content, digital flyers, and booklets
  • Manage webinar campaigns from inception to completion, including creating campaign materials, hosting webinars, and reporting on performance
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to provide necessary assets and adapt global assets for local marketing opportunities
  • Monitor lead generation and conversion across all marketing initiatives to ensure campaign optimization and market growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent job experience in marketing
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Experience in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or iMovie
  • Knowledge of project management, marketing automation platforms, and social media marketing tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary
