Role OverviewThe Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing all marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of GlobeWest. This includes supporting the successful implementation of the national marketing plan and driving functional areas of importance with main communication channels of Performance Media, collaborations, SEO, and Content.
Key Responsibilities- Create, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of GlobeWest.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to manage all campaign processes from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring they meet budgetary and timing constraints.
- Brief, produce, and oversee the creation of all campaign assets, including digital content, email campaigns, and social media posts and collaboration assets.
- Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to refine campaign focus and execution.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
- Coordinate and communicate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry's best practices, strategies, and technologies.
- Write the strategic plan for the pro-active and reactive use of Influencers and collaborators for social media enhancement.
- Responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns to effectively engage and keep customers.
- Measure the success of performance marketing campaigns to develop brand strategies that reduce lead costs and increase return on investment (ROI).
- Budget management.
- Manage all SEO plans and execution, utilising insights to drive decisions.
- 6+ years' experience in campaign and digital marketing, ideally B2B and B2C.
- Strong digital marketing skillset; SEO, SEM, performance marketing, insights, landing pages, etc.
- Effectively use data and insights to identify opportunities, driving marketing initiatives.
- End-to-end campaign management experience through all owned and paid channels.
- Ability to work cross-functionally between ecommerce, marketing, etc.
- Energy and enthusiasm for delivering results.
- Experience managing influencer programs and all paid social media.
- Agency management; creative and digital.
- Effectively measure and analyse the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Analytical marketing mindset.
