Role Overview

The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that showcase GlobeWest's products and services. This role will support the successful implementation of the national marketing plan, driving key functional areas through Performance Media, collaborations, SEO, and Content. The ideal candidate will inspire existing and potential customers with brand-led initiatives, product storytelling, and ensuring consistency across touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns that promote GlobeWest's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to oversee campaign processes from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Brief, produce, and oversee the creation of campaign assets, including digital content, email campaigns, social media posts, and collaboration assets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine campaign focus and execution.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and feedback.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, strategies, and technologies.
  • Develop a strategic plan for the proactive and reactive use of influencers and collaborators for social media enhancement.
  • Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns to effectively engage and retain customers.
  • Measure the success of performance marketing campaigns to develop brand strategies that reduce lead costs and increase return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage all SEO plans and execution, utilizing insights to drive decisions.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in campaign and digital marketing, preferably in B2B and B2C.
  • Strong digital marketing skillset, including SEO, SEM, performance marketing, insights, and landing pages.
  • Effectively use data and insights to identify opportunities, driving marketing initiatives.
  • End-to-end campaign management experience through all owned and paid channels.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally between ecommerce, marketing, and other departments.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for delivering results.
  • Experience managing influencer programs and paid social media.
  • Agency management, including creative and digital.
  • Effectively measure and analyze the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical marketing mindset.
