Marketing and Communications Director

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications professional to join our team at Six Degrees Executive. As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our image, promoting our services, and driving growth in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning
- Develop and deliver strategies, key positioning messages, and opportunities for leveraging marketing and communications through the line, aligned with our organisation's strategic plan and priorities.
- Marketing and Communications
- Support local internal/external events, including creation, promotion, and communications.
- Constantly improve communication and digital strategies by optimising publishing partnerships, web presence, social media digital e-communications, and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Develop briefs for agency partners, and deliver exceptional communications solutions focused on customer needs and product and services benefits.
- Develop and approve all marketing and communication activity assets produced in terms of content, brand, accuracy, and timeliness across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and events.
- Build relationships with various stakeholders both internal and external to create engaging campaigns for specific audiences.
- Team Management
- Undertake a range of management functions, including coaching and mentoring direct reports, leave management, and performance management.
- Monitor marketing budgets, financial reporting, and forecasts in conjunction with the GM Sales, Marketing and Events.
- Experience in a similar Marketing and Communications role responsible for developing and implementing measurable strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable in a technical role with strategic leadership overview.
- Experience working with Agencies and managing briefs.
- Track record of success in developing media and PR strategies.
- Great time management and organisational skills.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity.
