Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Billi Australia business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the overall success of the business, including profitability, long-term sustainability, reputation, and corporate compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of senior leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and markets
  • Collaborate with the Australian Senior Leadership team to leverage new product development and expand geographical distribution
Requirements
  • Degree-level education or equivalent in a related field
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
