We are seeking a skilled Mid-Market/Corporate Account Executive to become part of a reputable brokerage that has demonstrated impressive growth over the past few years. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio valued at approximately $300k, managing around 80 clients within the Mid-Market to Corporate sector
  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with existing clients, identifying their unique insurance requirements and proactively providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate closely with underwriters to negotiate terms, premiums, and enhancements to coverage, ensuring optimal value for clients
  • Assist clients throughout the claims process, advocating for their interests to secure timely and equitable settlements
  • Provide support to junior brokers, serving as a key referral point

Qualifications Required

  • Demonstrated experience in an Account Executive capacity
  • Familiarity with Winbeat and/or Sunrise is preferred
  • Possession of a Tier 1 Broking qualification
  • Established networks with insurers and a solid understanding of local market dynamics
