Position Overview

As an Office Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the effective management of our administrative operations. Your attention to detail and initiative will be vital in upholding our commitment to excellence and operational efficiency.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Total of 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various teams and executive personnel.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence systematically.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, appointments, and corporate events.
  • Support the development of reports, presentations, and other essential business documents.
  • Manage incoming communications with professionalism, including phone calls and emails.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are well-maintained.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable administrative position.

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement.
