
Organizational Change Management Specialist

The HR Business Partner supports specific Business Areas within ANZ working closely with the Leadership Team and employees on the front line, providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues, talent management, Employee Relations, coaching/development, and training.
The role plays an essential part in establishing and driving programs/talent initiatives forward in alignment with company business objectives.
It's about delivering innovative ways of developing organizational and people capability, building on deep data-driven insights into the strategic direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Contributes to business strategy by helping Leaders identify, prioritize, and build capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes to achieve business goals.
- Understands the Business and its drivers, builds relationships with line managers/stakeholders to identify and provide input across a range of HR issues and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Oversees the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle by providing advice on labor legislation, policies, and procedures and working closely with the Business Area to ensure smooth resolution on HR matters to mitigate risk, including disciplinary and grievance matters, enhancing communications, engagements, and performance.
- Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Manager to drive strategies and materials to strengthen the Company's Employer brand.
- Partners with Learning and Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
- Provides coaching and leadership development support to Business Area leadership teams.
- Identifies and prioritizes talents with development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards and develop key capabilities.
- Champions and accelerates a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
