Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced organizational change management specialist to deliver strategic workforce planning initiatives and support the establishment of a new operating model.

This role will involve developing people-related aspects of the program change strategy, partnering with leaders in scoping and implementing agreed initiatives, and collaborating with the Program Change Lead in driving shared organizational change management activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management and/or organizational change, relevant qualifications, and excellent communication skills. They will be confident in facilitating discussions with diverse stakeholders and possess a positive and constructive attitude towards change.
