Job Title: Organizational Health Specialist

This role focuses on the management and optimization of organizational health functions to enhance employee engagement, experience, and productivity across various locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic approaches to address potential industrial disputes and grievances.
  • Contribute to enterprise bargaining strategy development and lead negotiations as a representative of the organization.
  • Collaborate in creating a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
  • Analyze and report on current industrial relations case law, data trends, and regulatory changes that impact the organization.
  • Foster collaboration with People & Culture Business Partners, Employee Relations, and Legal teams to address areas of risk and develop action plans.
Key Decisions:
  • SUPPORT AND COACH MANAGERS IN PREVENTING AND RESOLVING INDUSTRIAL DISPUTES AND GRIEVANCES.
  • Recommend effective workplace relations solutions.
  • Risk Assessments in Retail, Guest Education Centres, and Supply Chain locations.
  • Critical Response to OHE risks in Retail, Guest Education Centres, and Supply Chain locations.
  • Policy and Procedure Guidance regarding OHE impact for Retail, Guest Education Centres, and Supply Chain locations.
