Organizational Change & Training Consultant

Join to apply for the Organizational Change & Training Consultant role at Collaborative Solutions, LLC.

The Workday Organizational Change & Training Consultant will contribute to the Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) practice by pursuing team and organizational goals, maintaining a client-first mindset, and exemplifying company core values to achieve meaningful results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver OC&T activities and project deliverables using CYNERGY, PROSCI, and OC&T methodologies, guiding clients towards best practices.
  • Manage client relationships effectively, provide recommendations, and escalate project risks appropriately.
  • Support and initiate internal OC&T projects that promote broader organizational improvements.
  • Produce quality work consistently and mentor junior team members.
  • Assist in sales efforts, including responding to RFPs, participating in scoping calls, creating estimates, and attending oral presentations as needed.
  • Serve as a Training or Culture Buddy for new OC&T hires.
Skills & Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience with Workday
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Successfully led 1-3 end-to-end OC&T projects
  • Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is a plus
