
Organizational Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert to contribute to our Organizational Change and Training (OC&T) practice by pursuing team and organizational goals, maintaining a client-first mindset, and exemplifying core values to achieve meaningful results.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality OC&T activities and project deliverables using proven methodologies, guiding clients towards best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively, provide recommendations, and escalate project risks appropriately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering OC&T projects that promote broader organizational improvements;
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic recommendations;
- Serving as a mentor and coach to junior team members;
- Supporting sales efforts, including responding to requests for proposals and participating in scoping calls;
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday;
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience;
- Proven leadership skills, with experience leading end-to-end OC&T projects;
- A current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is a plus.
