We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
This role involves advising on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent acquisition. You will also be responsible for planning, implementing, and guiding the smooth transition of technology, people, strategy, and processes within an organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Design: Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
- Change Management: Plan, implement, and guide the smooth transition of technology, people, strategy, and processes within an organization
- Client Communication and Relationship Building: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services
