Job Title: Synthetic Organizational Change Facilitator">

We are seeking a talented individual to lead organizational change initiatives. As a Synthetic Organizational Change Facilitator, you will work with clients across various sectors to design and implement effective change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking briefs from clients and providing direction about change management services
  • Analysing a client's business, operations and structure to understand where there is a potential impact from change
  • Meeting and presenting to stakeholders, preparing business documents and slides
  • Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
  • Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships
  • Applying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods

You will also possess the following essential attributes for managing change at this level:

To be eligible for employment, you must either be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or have a visa with work rights.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management roles
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
