The Workday Organizational Change & Training Consultant will contribute to the Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) practice by pursuing team and organizational goals, maintaining a client-first mindset, and exemplifying company core values to achieve meaningful results.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver OC&T activities and project deliverables using CYNERGY, PROSCI, and OC&T methodologies, guiding clients towards best practices.
- Manage client relationships effectively, provide recommendations, and escalate project risks appropriately.
- Support and initiate internal OC&T projects that promote broader organizational improvements.
- Produce quality work consistently and mentor junior team members.
- Assist in sales efforts, including responding to RFPs, participating in scoping calls, creating estimates, and attending oral presentations as needed.
- Serve as a Training or Culture Buddy for new OC&T hires.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Successfully led 1-3 end-to-end OC&T projects
- Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is a plus
